• Model and deliver a distinctive, delightful customer experience.
• Register sales on the assigned cash register and provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Recommend items for sale, provide trade‑up and/or companion items.
• Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Keep counters and shelves clean; take inventory and maintain records.
• Implement asset‑protection procedures to minimize profit loss.
• Comply with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
• Construct and maintain displays; complete resets and revisions as directed.
• Assist with separation of food items and product placement.
• Provide customer service in the photo area.
• Assume web pick‑up responsibilities (monitor orders, fill orders, deliver to customers).
• Assist with interior and exterior maintenance to ensure clean, orderly store appearance.
• Comply with all company policies and maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.
• Complete special assignments as assigned.

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

• At least six months of retail experience.
• Prior work experience with Walgreens.
