Dispatch Coordinator

As the Dispatch Coordinator in our Chesterfield office, you will assist with scheduling a team to the customer’s location to assess the work that will need to be completed. Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch and schedule restoration teams to incoming leads and projects in coordination with the management team.
  • Review and maintain the scheduling software so that appropriate teams are routed accordingly.
  • Perform detailed and accurate data entry.
  • Receive incoming calls about past services, follow‑ups on current projects, and general inquiries about business and other routine communications.
  • Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed.
  • Give an estimate of the work that needs to be done with incoming customer calls and dispatch the work to appropriate teams within the franchise.
Position Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED (preferred).
  • At least 2 years of customer service and/or office‑related experience.
  • Prior dispatch experience preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and remain detail oriented.
  • Knowledge of the local geographical area is preferred.
  • Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications.
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

This is a sedentary role in a fast‑paced office environment. Some filing is required, which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law is required.
