We are looking for a Customer Value Center (CVC) Support Specialist to join our team in Midlothian, TX
. The CVC Support Specialist with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials plays a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient delivery operations. This position works closely with our carrier network to assist with the transportation of bulk and packaged products from regional plants, terminals, and warehouses. Responsibilities include processing customer and replenishment orders, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating product transfers to maintain supply across the network.
The role supports sustainable operations, community relations, and strict adherence to company policies and safety standards.

- Process orders accurately and promptly, including customer and replenishment orders received via phone or email.
- Log into the customer service phone queue daily to answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, place orders, and track shipments.
- Monitor inventory levels at terminals and plants to ensure product availability.
- Assist dispatcher with loads, including carrier assignment and delivery coordination.
- Review manual bills of lading as required.
- Collaborate with Sales teams and Logistics to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide timely, factual responses to Customers inquiries and complaints, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain high-quality standards on all calls and demonstrate strong knowledge of Quikrete Cement products and delivery methods.
- Prepare and maintain monthly reports as required.
- Support additional tasks within the Customer Value Center as needed.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Work toward achieving individual and departmental KPIs.
- Resolve issues promptly and follow up with Customers within established time frames.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work various shifts, when needed.
- Promote teamwork and professionalism in all activities.
- Follow established standard operating procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-3 years Account Management, Customer Service, Logistics industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with building materials and related products is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power BI, and CRM applications.
- Communication:
Strong verbal and written English skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
