Our client, a rapidly expanding furniture retailer with 16 locations across Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana, is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring an outstanding experience from inquiry to delivery.

Pay Rate:$20.00/hr

• Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, routing software, and Zendesk
• Provide accurate information about deliveries and promotions
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
• Resolve delivery or return issues efficiently
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings

• 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in retail
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong communication and phone etiquette
• Demonstrates a positive attitude toward coaching and constructive feedback, using it as an opportunity for continuous improvement.
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to commute to Midlothian, TX 76065, in-person
