Bilingual Customer Service Rep

We’re hiring enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives in Midlothian, TX for a growing furniture retailer! These full-time, temp-to-hire positions pay $18.00/hour with conversion opportunities after successful completion of required hours. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-tier support.

Our client, a fast-growing furniture retailer with 16 locations across Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana, is committed to delivering high-quality living room, bedroom, dining, mattress, and accent furniture. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring an exceptional experience from inquiry to delivery.

$18.00/hr

• Tuesday-Saturday
  -8am-5pm

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, routing software, and Zendesk
• Provide accurate details about upcoming deliveries
• Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
• Maintain knowledge of product offerings and promotions
• Resolve delivery or return issues effectively

• 1+ year of customer service experience (retail preferred)
• High-energy, positive personality
• Strong communication and phone etiquette
• Multilingual skills a plus (Spanish preferred)
• Must be able to multitask and problem-solve
• Must be able to commute to Midlothian, TX 76065
• In-person position only
