Dental Laboratory Technician – Full Denture & Partial Denture Fabrication

We are seeking an experienced Dental Laboratory Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will fabricate full and partial dentures from start to finish, helping restore patients' confidence and quality of life. If you have strong craftsmanship, enjoy working with your hands, and thrive in a fast-paced dental laboratory, we’d love to meet you.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Denture Technician or Dental Lab Technician looking to advance their career in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fabricate full and partial dentures from start to finish.
  • Set denture teeth for proper function and esthetics.
  • Perform waxing, processing, finishing, polishing, and quality inspections.
  • Complete denture relines and repairs.
  • Fabricate occlusal rims and custom trays.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant laboratory.
  • Cross-train in multiple laboratory functions.
  • Perform additional laboratory duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of dental laboratory experience
    .
  • Experience trimming and pouring denture models.
  • Experience with denture waxing, processing, finishing, and fabrication.
  • Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
Preferred
  • Experience fabricating full and partial dentures from start to finish.
  • Experience in high-volume dental laboratory environments.
Skills & Abilities
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and artistic ability.
  • Passion for precision craftsmanship.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple cases while maintaining quality.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to learn new laboratory techniques.
