Venture Wellness is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to build a low-volume, relationship-focused panel in a direct primary care model. The role is hybrid, allowing moonlighting or existing practice work while growing the Venture Wellness panel.
Schedule starts part-time (8–15 hrs/week) and grows toward full-time as your panel expands. Compensation is phased: hourly onboarding, then salary with per-patient incentives. Full MA and front-desk support are provided.
