Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)/Personal Care Aide (PCA) – Midlothian, TX

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate need for CNAs – Certified Nursing Assistants and PCAs – Personal Care Assistants to care for our clients. We have opened a new office to cover the Richmond area and are looking for compassionate caregivers to join our team.

• Base Pay: $16 - $18 / hour (depending on qualifications)

• Home Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA's group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3‑month measurement period.
• Home Care Field Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.

• Minimum one year of work experience.
• Certificate of at least 75 hours of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training.
• Current CNA license listed in good standing with the board.
• Current PCA Certificate from an approved educational institution.

• Activities of daily living.
• Light housekeeping.
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Range of motion / exercises.
• Transfers and use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Oral feeding.
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration.
• Home management tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making, etc.
• Assisting with ambulation.
• Medication assistance.
