School Psychologist

Call for Salary Rate -

Tact Staff Education is seeking a School Psychologist for a part-time, school-based contract position in Midlothian, Texas. This role is approximately one day per week and focuses primarily on consultative services and supporting the school team. The schedule is flexible, making this an excellent opportunity for a school psychologist looking for a limited weekly commitment.

• Provide consultative school psychology services to students, teachers, and school staff
• Collaborate with special education and general education teams to support student needs
• Consult on academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and developmental concerns
• Provide recommendations and strategies to support student success
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed
• Review student data and provide input regarding interventions and educational supports
• Support progress monitoring and documentation
• Assist staff with behavioral and academic intervention strategies
• Communicate effectively with educators, administrators, families, and related service providers
• Maintain appropriate documentation and follow district and professional requirements

• Valid Texas School Psychologist certification required
• Must meet all applicable Texas Education Agency (TEA) requirements to work as a school psychologist
• Master's or specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field as required by Texas
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Experience with consultation, special education, behavioral support, and multidisciplinary teams preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in an onsite school environment
