- Provide direct and indirect patient care through evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, re-assessment, and discharge planning based on Practice of Physical Therapy Act/Rules.
- Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively, and foster a supportive, patient-centered environment.
- Maintain accountability for performance, seek continuous improvement, and pursue professional growth.

- Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Current Basic Life Support Certification.
- Valid Texas Physical Therapy License or Temporary License.
- At least 1 year of licensed PT experience.
- Build relationships with patients and team members.
- Enhance patient experience and outcomes.
- Engage actively in team collaboration and professional development.
