The Detail Associate will clean vehicles according to Wash Masters Policy, Procedures, Rules & Regulations. Responsibilities include performing details and full-service washes, thoroughly washing and waxing exteriors, leather cleaning and conditioning, vacuuming, deodorizing interiors, and keeping records related to prior damage and the condition of the vehicle. The associate should also be willing to assist in all aspects of the wash process and maintain the site’s image and standards.
COMPENSATION
- $12 - $18/hr starting at $14 before tips. Pending evaluations by management, up to $15/hr at 1 year. Tips are also a form of compensation from full service and detail jobs.
