Murphy USA - 100 Walton Way - Responsibilities:
Hiring, training and developing your team to grow with us  assume the role of a coach and mentor to your team, guiding them toward success and development;
Maintaining a proactive operational excellence mindset to efficiently manage operation expenses, drive sales growth and promotional activities, manage product orders and inventory, schedule shifts;
Supporting rollouts of company initiatives and reaching store-level and district goals;
Helping your team by demonstrating best-in-class customer service when assisting customers;
Stocking, cleaning, working the cash register and any other additional duties, as needed
