Car Wash Site Manager – Wash Masters, Midlothian, TX
Responsible for overseeing the operations and staff at the Wash Masters car wash facility, ensuring high standards of customer service and site performance.
Responsibilities- Opening and closing the site.
- Fully responsible for site operations, staff, and their actions.
- Ensuring accuracy of XPT's and general sales reports at closing, handling cash and other currencies.
- Proficient use of Site Manager and Site Watch Web from DRB.
- Creating and posting a functional schedule no later than Wednesday for the next week.
- Controlling labor hours to meet daily revenue and traffic targets; achieving monthly labor goals.
- Hiring, directing, training and developing new employees.
- Maintaining a consistent cleaning schedule for the tunnel and property.
- Handling employee issues with support from higher management.
- Responding to customer emails, claims and complaints in a timely manner; enforcing the disclaimer courteously.
- Working 50‑55 hours a week, with occasional increases during high volume periods.
- Resolving monthly pass issues and updating customer accounts.
- Driving cashier performance toward a 10%+ capture/conversion rate for monthly passes.
- Managing supplies through orders or in‑store purchases.
- Ensuring tunnel equipment is functional; performing maintenance as needed.
- Being able to stoop, bend, twist, climb or lift up to 50 lbs as required.
- Maintaining property appearance to exceed inspection expectations.
- Gathering positive customer reviews regularly.
- Ensuring continued training of employees and management.
- Proficient use of hand and power tools.
- Managing stressful situations effectively.
- Developing assistant managers and team leads.
- Conducting video audits to confirm employee responsibility when absent.
- Meeting all operational needs of the site.
- Floating between sites in Ellis County as wash requirements dictate.
- Minimum 12 months total Site Management experience in the car wash industry.
- Strong leadership and team‑building skills.
- Proven ability to manage labor, cash, and sales reporting.
- Proficiency with Site Manager, Site Watch Web, and general computer skills.
- Physical capability to perform tasks up to 50 lbs, including stooping and bending.
- Excellent customer service and conflict‑resolution skills.
Salary: $60,000–$75,000 per year, plus commission.
