Branch Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee and manage all aspects of a profit center, including operations and administration
• Recruit, train, and lead the sales team, and work cross-functionally with other departments
• Make strategic decisions based on trend analysis to identify profitable business opportunities
• Collaborate closely with the Branch Credit Manager to establish an appropriate account base and ensure financial stability
• Maintain strong vendor relationships, leveraging manufacturer information to market products and services
• Foster a positive work environment and develop future leaders
• Champion a safety-oriented culture within the organization, ensuring that all employees comprehend and strictly follow safety protocol and procedures
• Own full P&L accountability for branch performance
• Collaborate closely with HR and FP&A for performance, development, and business planning

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5+ years of relevant leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead teams through change and navigate obstacles (MOC experience preferred)
• Track record of driving results in a high-performance environment
• Strong business acumen, organizational skills, and leadership capability
• Valid driver’s license required;
  Spanish bilingual preferred

• Demonstrated leadership and people development experience
• Strong customer-facing background
• Independent decision-maker with a clear ownership mindset
• Solid understanding of P&L and ability to manage financial performance

• Building materials industry experience
• Experience driving market growth and strategic expansion
• Strong financial and operational management capabilities
