Plastic Injector Operator - Midlothian, TX (full-time)
Pay: $18–$24/hr (Flexible/negotiable pay)

About The CompanyOur client has been a leader in hydraulic packing and vertical transportation technology, known for precision-engineered sealing solutions and patented mechanical seal innovations. They are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Plastic Injector Operator to support the production of high-quality hydraulic and sealing components. This role is ideal for someone mechanically inclined, quality-focused, and looking for a long-term opportunity in a stable manufacturing environment.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Operate plastic injection molding machines safely and efficiently.
- Load materials, start cycles, and adjust machine settings as needed.
- Assist with machine setup and changeovers.
- Inspect parts for cosmetic and dimensional accuracy.
- Use calipers, gauges, and measurement tools to verify specs.
- Document production data and report issues.
- Prepare and load raw materials.
- Trim, deburr, finish, package, and label molded components.
- Perform basic preventative maintenance and keep work area clean.
- Follow all safety procedures and report concerns immediately.
- Experience in plastics manufacturing or machine operation required.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with Arburg Selogica or Gestica controllers is a plus.
