Associate Quality Analyst Position

The Associate Quality Analyst position consists of evaluating and testing new or existing software applications.

• Understand company software applications.
• Read, analyze and interpret business requirements.
• Analyze and write test plans.
• Document test results.
• Create and update manual test cases.
• Perform manual testing of software applications.
• Review test results and report in a defect tracking tool.
• Create, update and design data for use with automated test scripts.
• Coordinate the testing phase of projects involving manual test cases.
• Mentor and train associates.

• Bachelor’s degree required (may be waived by prior education and experience at company discretion).
• Proficient with Quality Assurance principles and tools.
• The ability to work with detail, analyze information, learn and effectively use acquired or adopted software tools.
• Capable of producing adequate quality and quantity of work.
• The ability to organize data, make independent decisions, communicate clearly and carry out complex instructions both oral and written.
• Meets established schedules and deadlines in an organized manner.
• The ability to work outside normal business hours.
