Quality Assurance Lab Manager
Seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lab Manager to oversee quality systems, lead lab operations, and ensure compliance in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities include managing the Quality Management System (QMS), approving procedures impacting product and material quality, partnering with Regulatory Affairs, overseeing MOC, OOS, Deviations, and CAPA programs, ensuring lab safety, compliance, and efficiency, supervising a team of 6 lab professionals, maintaining SOPs and documentation, leading customer audits and ensuring timely responses, driving process improvements and workflow efficiency, and collaborating with QC and Operations.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (CST)
Qualifications include a BS in Chemistry or related field, internal auditor training, experience with ISO 9001 & cGMP, and Lean/Six Sigma preferred.
Experience includes 7+ years in a cGMP environment, 3+ years in a leadership role, analytical chemistry lab experience, and experience in biopharma, medical device, or chemical manufacturing.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $145000.00/yr. Not applicable to this position.
