Quality Assurance Lab Manager

Seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lab Manager to oversee quality systems, lead lab operations, and ensure compliance in a regulated manufacturing environment.

• Manage the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Approve procedures impacting product and material quality
• Partner with Regulatory Affairs
• Oversee MOC, OOS, Deviations, and CAPA programs
• Ensure lab safety, compliance, and efficiency
• Supervise a team of 6 lab professionals
• Maintain SOPs and documentation
• Lead customer audits and ensure timely responses
• Drive process improvements and workflow efficiency
• Collaborate with QC and Operations

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (CST)

• BS in Chemistry or related field
• Internal Auditor training
• Experience with ISO 9001 & cGMP
• Lean/Six Sigma preferred

• 7+ years in cGMP environment
• 3+ years in a leadership role
• Analytical chemistry lab experience
• Experience in biopharma, medical device, or chemical manufacturing

This is a Permanent position based out of Midlothian, TX.

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $145000.00/yr.
