As a full‑time Experienced HVAC Service Technician with Hardin Heating & Air
, you’ll perform high‑quality repairs for clients throughout Midlothian, TX, and the surrounding areas. You’ll solve interesting problems, foster customer relationships, and drive success for our small business. Grow your career and reach the next level in the trade!

• 5+ years of leadership experience
• EPA Section 608 certification
• TDLR registration
• NATE certification
• Proficiency with electrical and mechanical systems
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to learn more and keep growing in the trade
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, work in extreme temperatures, and work in confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces, etc.)
• Ability to use multimeters, gauges, and similar tools
• Ability to use Service Titan (or similar software) for invoicing and scheduling
• Commitment to safety

• Ability to explain technical information in plain English and calm frustrated customers
• Ability to think critically and solve novel problems
• Ability to show up on time, keep your appearance neat, and treat customers’ property respectfully
• Ability to identify upgrade opportunities/preventive maintenance needs, clearly communicate the benefits of these services, and encourage customer approval without being pushy

Our Experienced HVAC Service Technician works Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with an on‑call rotation.

Always respectful and professional, you’ll diagnose electrical and mechanical problems, clearly explain service options to customers, and complete high‑quality repairs. You’ll ensure client satisfaction, recommend upgrades and additional services when appropriate, and create positive relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
