The Salvation Army (Southern) - - Responsibilities:
Performs skilled maintenance and preventative work for buildings and grounds including heating, ventilation, electrical, and air conditioning systems;
Repairs mechanical malfunctions and maintains heating and cooling systems;
Performs skilled maintenance activities including construction, welding, brazing, soldering and plumbing; oversees outside vendors;
Constructs and repairs building structures, walls, floors, ceilings, cabinets and furniture;
Participates in repair of toilets, urinals, showers, drains, and lighting; assists with related issues in building systems
