Compensation

• Base wage $20.00 – $30.00/hour

Recruited as a full‑time HVAC Technician for Midlothian, TX. You will conduct HVAC maintenance and repairs for residential customers.

• Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with on‑call rotation
• Serve homes throughout Midlothian and surrounding areas
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical problems and perform quality repairs
• Build relationships, generate leads, and represent the company well

• 5+ years of experience in a leadership position
• EPA Section 608 certification
• TDLR registration
• NATE certification
• Proficiency with electrical and mechanical systems
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to learn and grow in the trade
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, work in extreme temperatures, and confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces, etc.)
• Ability to use multimeters, gauges, and similar tools
• Ability to use Service Titan (or similar software) for invoicing and scheduling
• Commitment to safety

• Able to clearly explain complex information and resolve concerns/complaints
• Able to solve unique problems not found in standard manuals
• Able to show up on time with a clean uniform and a great attitude
• Able to recommend and sell upgrades/additional maintenance services without pressuring customers

Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
