Stemmle Plumbing Repair is hiring an experienced Plumbing Technician!

If you have at least 2 years of plumbing experience, enjoy troubleshooting and solving problems, and take pride in providing quality service to customers, we want to hear from you.

Our Plumbing Technicians perform a variety of residential and commercial service, repair, maintenance, and installation work. We're looking for someone who can confidently diagnose plumbing problems, recommend solutions, and get the job done right.

What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems

Repair and replace faucets, toilets, sinks, flush valves, water heaters, garbage disposals, backflow devices, valves, water meters, and related equipment

Install plumbing fixtures, water heaters, and other plumbing equipment

Diagnose and clear sewer and drain issues

Inspect sewer and service lines using camera and diagnostic equipment

Respond to emergency plumbing calls, including clogged drains, broken water lines, frozen pipes, gas odors, and potential gas leaks

Complete approved repairs and installations safely and efficiently according to industry standards

Clearly communicate findings, repair options, and recommendations to customers

Complete required service documentation and collect payment for completed work Maintain communication with dispatch throughout the workday

Properly maintain company vehicles, tools, equipment, and inventory

What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Plumbing Technician/Plumber Proven experience diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues in residential and/or commercial settings

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage service calls efficiently

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when working with customers, coworkers, and management

Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player

Dependable, professional, and committed to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check and MVR review in accordance with company standards
