CDL A Truck Driver - No Touch - Entry Level Paid Training Program
Job Type: Driving
This position is open to both experienced Class A CDL drivers and recent trucking school graduates. We run steady, 100% no-touch dry van freight along heavy Midwest and Southern freight lanes. No games, current trucks, and a mileage scale that pays you fairly for your time on the road.
PAY
Base Pay: $0.55 to $0.65 CPM based on verified experience
Weekly Earnings: Average gross between $1,300 and $1,500 weekly
Orientation: $300 bonus, plus all hotel and travel covered upfront
Rider Policy: Bring your pets or family along from day oneno waiting period
OPERATIONS & LANES
Home Time: Home every two weeks for two full days
Volume: 1,700 to 2,300 consistent miles per week
EQUIPMENT SPECS
Late-model 2022 or newer Kenworth and Freightliner automatic tractors
Assigned trucks only (no slip-seating) parked safely at designated yards during home time
All units come equipped with active APUs for maximum comfort

PAID TRAINING FOR RECENT GRADUATES
4 to 6 weeks of paid one-on-one road training with a veteran driver mentor
Requires a 120-hour certificate from an accredited CDL school
Dependable background and solid work history required
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Valid Class A CDL license, age 21 or older
Minimum 6 months of tractor-trailer experience OR recent accredited school graduate
Fully DOT/FMCSA compliant, safe driving record, and able to pass a drug screen
