Job Description
The Project Manager - Commercial Construction - Richmond, VA will:
- Manage multiple ground-up and build-out projects ranging from $1M to $10M
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and procurement
- Drive project execution to meet quality, safety, and timeline goals
- Build strong relationships with clients, field teams, and subcontractors
- Provide hands-on leadership onsite to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Deliver projects within scope while maintaining high customer satisfaction
The Successful Applicant
The Project Manager - Commercial Construction - Richmond, VA will have:
- 5+ years of commercial construction Project Management experience
- Proven ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong background in new construction
- Experience managing projects in the $1M-$10M range
- Ability to immediately step into active projects and lead effectively
