We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Dispatcher to join our growing team.

As our CSR/Dispatcher, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers while coordinating daily schedules for our plumbing technicians. Your ability to communicate effectively, stay organized, and think quickly will help keep our operations running smoothly.

• Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and exceptional customer service.
• Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently.
• Dispatch technicians based on location, skill set, and urgency.
• Monitor technician schedules throughout the day and make adjustments as needed.
• Communicate appointment updates and arrival times with customers.
• Enter customer information and service details into company software.
• Process work orders and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate emergency and priority service calls.
• Work closely with technicians, office staff, and management to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Assist with general office and administrative duties as needed.

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Dispatching experience.
• Plumbing, HVAC, construction, or home service industry experience.
• Experience with dispatching or scheduling software.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
