Now we're looking for a talented Drafter skilled in Revit to join our team. Whether you're launching your drafting career or bringing a few years of experience to the table, this is a rare opportunity to do meaningful work that you can literally see standing on land across Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

Your drawings will be the blueprint — literally — for every home we build. You will:

• Produce accurate, polished Revit drawings for residential homes, from sales drawings for customer approval to permit drawings for county approval
• Collaborate daily with our sales and estimating departments, engineers, lumber suppliers, and cabinet partners
• Work directly with county permitting departments across VA, MD, NC and SC
• Assist in reviewing project files to keep every home on track

• A degree in drafting/design (Associate degree required)
• Proficiency in Revit (minimum 1 year) — Revit is how we produce ALL of our drawings, so genuine comfort with it is essential. Entry-level to mid-level candidates encouraged to apply.
• Speed and accuracy — you can draft plans quickly without sacrificing quality
• Strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills
• The ability to multitask, prioritize, and find the most efficient path to the goal
• Exceptional follow-up skills and a knack for solving problems
• A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Competitive salary: $45,000–$55,000/year, dependent on experience
