Job Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive care for high-risk pregnancies
  • Perform required procedures such as amniocentesis and chorionic villus sampling
  • Collaborate with a team including a nurse practitioner, RN clinic educator, sonographer, and genetic counselor
  • Document patient information using EPIC and Viewpoint EMR systems
Qualifications
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
  • Completed Fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
  • Valid Virginia medical license and BLS certification
  • AIUM certification preferred
  • Submission to relevant job postings and a Self-Query NPDB report within 30 days
Working Hours
  • On-call coverage required for weekdays and weekends
Skills
  • Proficiency in maternal-fetal care procedures
  • Experience managing complex high-risk pregnancies
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
