At The Learning Experience (TLE) in Midlothian, VA, we bring joy, discovery, and growth to every stage of early childhood education. Our Infant Teachers create a safe, nurturing daycare environment where babies (6 weeks-12 months) feel loved, supported, and ready to explore the world around them.
What You'll Do
* Provide compassionate, individualized care and attention to infants.
* Support early milestones through sensory play and meaningful interaction.
* Follow each child's feeding, diapering, and nap schedule consistently.
* Communicate daily with families about progress and routines.
* Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum to encourage curiosity and emotional development.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment alongside your teaching team.
What You'll Bring
* A genuine love for babies and a passion for early childhood education.
* Experience in a childcare or daycare setting preferred.
* Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
* Ability to meet Virginia state licensing requirements for Infant Teachers, including background checks and training.
