About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at The Learning Experience #134 in Midlothian, VA, as a Toddler Teacher! This exciting opportunity allows you to inspire and nurture young minds in a caring and engaging environment.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for toddlers.

* Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.

* Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.

* Communicate effectively with parents about children's progress and daily activities.

* Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall learning experience.

* Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes exploration.

* Observe and assess children's development and behavior regularly.

* Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

* Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.

* Previous experience working with toddlers in an educational setting.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.

* CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

* Passion for early childhood education and child development.

* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

* Creative mindset with a focus on engaging and interactive learning.

* Background check clearance required prior to employment.
