Qualifications & Desired

Experience:
  • Valid state certification or eligibility for Special Education Teacher licensure
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education or related field
  • Experience working with students with a range of disabilities (mild to moderate and/or severe)
  • Strong classroom management and organization skills
  • Proficiency in developing, implementing, and tracking IEPs
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver engaging lessons adapted to students' learning styles and abilities
  • Collaborate with general education staff, support personnel, and families
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports
