Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive finance and a proven track record of success. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our dealership, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing exceptional service to our customers.

• Manage and oversee the finance department, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions and lenders.
• Assist customers with financing options and ensure a smooth and efficient financing process.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to automotive finance.
• Train and mentor finance team members to achieve departmental goals.
• Collaborate with sales and service departments to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive finance management.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in finance or related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
