We are seeking an Ortho Patient Services Coordinator II to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage, and coordinating patient referrals in an orthopedic practice setting.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Prior experience working in a medical office, preferably in an orthopedic practice.
• Proficient in medical terminology and electronic health records systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Schedule patient appointments and confirm upcoming appointments.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and process insurance claims.
• Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as needed.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phones.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure excellent patient care and service.
