Clinical Behavior Analyst in Training

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA interventions and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for children with autism.
• Collect data and analyze client progress to optimize treatment plans.
• Assist in behavioral assessments and support other RBTs and staff.
• Collaborate with families and the Mosaic team to ensure consistent treatment implementation.
• Complete student units and fieldwork hours as assigned by the Student Program Coordinator.
• Complete BCBA mock exams and attend study groups to ensure preparation for the BCBA exam.
• Achieve RBT certification with over 1000 hours of supervised practicum experience toward BCBA certification.

• Passion for helping children with autism thrive.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Desire to learn and grow in clinical skills to be prepared for a BCBA career.
• Completion of a master’s degree or anticipated completion within the next 6 months.
• Currently a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
