Richmond VA multiple locations across the Richmond area - Please see attached Practice Description for full list of locations Dates of Coverage: 3 days/week as soon as credentialed until perm is hired

Schedule:

clinics are open 7 days a week 8a-8p shifts will be 12 hours depending upon patient flow expected to see all patients who arrive during those hours of operation

N/A# of Providers Needed: 3 FT 3 shifts/wk each 9 total shifts/wk Reason for Coverage: lack of provider bandwidth to cover all needs due to resignations

Practice Settings: [Clinic]Leadership Position/Required to Teach:
No Patient Population: patient population is birth to death and can vary from clinic to clinic day by day Outpatient vs Inpatient: 100 outpatient

Average # of Patients Per Day: varies by clinic but can be anywhere from 25 to 50 per day higher as we approach cold amp flu season

Trauma Level Designation: episodic events higher acuity will need to be sent for higher level of care ED. ER etc.

Required Duties Procedures Skills etc:
Laceration Repair:
Simple intermediate and complex suturing or stapling Incision and drainage IampD: including packing Foreign Body Removal Minor Burn Management Skin Lesion Care Orthopedic amp Injury Stabilization Splinting amp Casting Joint Reduction Diagnostic amp Point-of-Care Testing X-Ray Interpretation Electrocardiogram EKG:
Evaluation Point-of-Care Lab Interpretation:
Reviewing rapid strep flu COVID-19 RSV urinalysis and blood glucose testing Epistaxis Management:
Anterior nasal packing or chemical cautery silver nitrate for nosebleeds Cerumen impaction removal Airway Support:
Administration of nebulizer treatments and initial emergency stabilizationEMR/Documentation:

Credentialing Timeframe: 60 to 90 days
