STEM Recruiting and University Partnerships Coordinator — ERDC; Contingent

Axyde Analytics is seeking a STEM Recruiting and University Partnerships Coordinator for a contract opportunity based in Midlothian, VA with remote administrative work and travel as needed
. This contingent role supports a proposed U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, ERDC Fellowship Program Administration and Research Support requirement, helping build qualified candidate pipelines and strengthen university relationships for STEM researchers and scholars.

You will help establish recruiting channels across universities and scientific networks, support outreach and applicant coordination, and maintain accurate records from sourcing through technical screening handoff. The work includes coordinating with stakeholders, verifying eligibility documentation, and ensuring candidates receive timely and consistent follow-up.

• Develop university, faculty, postdoctoral-office, and scientific-network recruiting channels.
• Source STEM researchers and students aligned to laboratory-defined research needs
  , including coordinating outreach, applications, and interviews.
• Verify documented education and credentials against published eligibility criteria and maintain complete candidate records.
• Coordinate technical screening with appropriate scientific reviewers and track applicants through appointment handoff

• Maintain ATS data
  , pipeline metrics, candidate communications, and ensure timely, consistent follow-up.

• Demonstrated experience in recruiting or program coordination involving STEM researchers, postdoctoral scholars, graduate students, or research professionals.
• Experience working with universities, laboratories, or research institutions
  .
• Strong skills in sourcing, applicant tracking, credential documentation, and stakeholder communication
  .
• Ability to manage parallel searches across different scientific disciplines without replacing technical review with keyword-only approaches.
