At Get Wyz, we are building software that helps people understand when they are truly ready to buy a home and what to do to get there. Home Ownership is exciting, emotional, and overwhelming. We believe better education and smarter guidance can help people make one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives with confidence.

This role owns growth d media is our main engine right now, on Meta and Reddit, and you will run it hands-on. There is real budget behind it today, with room to scale fast as the results keep proving out. But growth here is bigger than running ads. It is lifecycle marketing too, keeping users engaged and moving all the way to their Home Owner Day.

You will shape how we acquire and educate users, set up the experimentation and reporting that lets us scale, and work hand in hand with our Homebuyer Success team to carry people through to that day.

This is a chance to build something meaningful, and to own how it grows.

The Scope of This Role

This is a step up from running a single channel. Early on, you are hands-on in the accounts and the data yourself. As we grow, you will hire and lead a small growth team, and shape how the wider marketing department works. You build the engine and the people who run it.

What You Will Do

  • Own growth strategy end-to-end, with paid media as the main engine on Meta and Reddit today, and new channels as we grow.
  • Run paid media hands-on now, and scale the budget as it performs.
  • Set up the experimentation framework, reporting, and processes so growth does not depend on any one person.
  • Design and run experiments across audiences, creative, messaging, and landing pages.
  • Turn performance data into clear insights that shape creative direction and positioning.
  • Use paid media and PR to grow our user base and help make Get Wyz a household name for home buyers.
  • Own the customer lifecycle alongside our Homebuyer Success team, keeping users engaged all the way to their Home Owner Day.
  • Lead with AI. Use it where it actually helps, move faster, and do more with a small team.
  • Own the results and the roadmap for the department's next steps.

Requirements

  • Several years running paid media across multiple platforms, with real results you can point to.
  • Experience owning a channel or function end-to-end, including the strategy behind it, not just running the tasks.
  • A track record of building, or the readiness to build processes, reporting, experimentation, and eventually a team.
  • Strong analytical instincts and comfort using data to make decisions.
  • Smart about AI. You are not afraid of it, and you already use it day-to-day, but you are thoughtful about where it helps and where it does not. You know when to trust it and when to check it, and you want to build that same judgment into the team you hire.
  • You can think strategically yet still do the work yourself.
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working within advertising and consumer-finance compliance rules, and you get why compliance shapes our copy.

Nice to Have

  • Experience as an early or founding marketing hire or building a growth function from scratch.
  • People management or mentoring experience.
  • Familiarity with lifecycle and CRM platforms (we use Customer.io).
  • Working knowledge of mortgage, real estate, or regulated consumer finance.
