We are seeking a motivated, organized, strategic team lead to join our Operations Team as a Supply Chain Lead. This role will be focused on optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, product development, logistics, inventory management, demand planning, and distribution. This role will work cross-functionally across multiple areas to create the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
- Maintain supply chain strategies.
- Work with the Warehouse Team on transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Assist with demand and inventory planning to ensure product availability.
- Maintain inventory control systems.
- Leverage ERP and supply chain management systems to drive data-driven decisions.
- Ensure compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Mentor a high performing team.
Requirements:
- High school or GED required
- At least 10 years of end-to-end supply chain experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of inventory management experience.
- Strong ERP skills.
- Advanced Excel user.
- Proficient in Office 365.
