Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members by following recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise to ensure freshness. You may juggle several tasks while helping members with bakery orders. Your smile can turn a good shopping experience into a great one.

Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross‑functional teams, help educate other associates, communicate effectively, and be flexible to business needs. - Be an Expert
:
Prepare food according to item specifications; plan future mass productions, prepare for seasonality, adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment. - Be a Techie

Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for immediate decisions related to production, training, and product quality. - Be an Owner
:
Drive the performance of the area; manage high exposure and expectations; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date‑control standards; eliminate waste; guide peers and meet customer needs. - Be a Talent Ambassador

Advocate for the department and the club, value the member’s experience, model high quality service, execute basics at the highest level of quality, and exhibit energy, commitment, and passion. - Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; use the Open Door Policy and apply these in executing business processes.

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Successful completion of all required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period.
- Food Service experience.
- Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).
