• Be a Team Member – maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and assist associates with tools, tasks, and resources.
• Be an Expert – prepare food according to item specifications, plan future and mass productions, adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold‑chain compliance, and inventory management, and operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment.
• Be a Techie – leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for production, ordering, club pickup orders, training, and product quality decisions.
• Be an Owner – drive area performance, stock and rotate merchandise, enforce quality and date‑control standards, eliminate waste, and provide member service.
• Be a Talent Ambassador – act as a brand advocate, inspire teamwork, and assist in training others.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources, collaborate with managers and co‑workers, and recommend improvement opportunities.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
