At Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian, every guest experience starts the moment they arrive. As a Porter/Valet, you’re the first and last impression—and one of the most important members of our team. You keep the service department running smoothly, protect luxury vehicles, and help deliver the seamless, high-end experience our customers expect.

• Greet guests warmly and assist with vehicle drop-off and pick-up
• Safely move, park, and stage vehicles across the lot and service areas
• Keep vehicles clean, presentable, and ready for delivery
• Maintain an organized, professional appearance of the service lot and customer areas
• Support the service team with vehicle movement between locations and other daily needs

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Comfort driving both automatic and manual vehicles
• Friendly, professional attitude and strong customer focus
• Ability to stay organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to be on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
