Position: Lead Worker Commercial Services (Mon to Fri, 9:30 pm to 6:00 am)

Lead Worker – Commercial Services (Mon to Fri, 9:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. – Sales)

Position Summary

Provide supervision and training to associates performing janitorial and housekeeping duties at designated work sites.

Essential Duties

• Ensure all daily and periodic tasks are completed as scheduled and meet specified quality standards.
• Participate in daily conferences with contract personnel to identify problems, discuss solutions, and maintain high quality service and effective communication.
• Ensure all required paperwork is completed, including quality inspections, timekeeping, and supervisory notes.
• Monitor supplies and equipment usage, and request additional supplies as needed through a just‑in‑time inventory system.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise designated associates within the department.

Education / Experience / Certifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of related experience preferred.
• No professional certifications required.
• Valid state driver’s license, insurance, and satisfactory driving record required.
• Must pass a criminal background check and, where required, a federal background check.

Physical Demands / Work Environment / Work Conditions

• Lift up to 50 pounds, frequent lifting of objects up to 25 pounds.
• Work in a moderate environment with occasional exposure to extreme temperature, noise, fumes, dust, etc.
• May work at multiple sites or be reassigned as needed.
• May assist with snow removal.
• Must be available for evenings and/or weekends as business needs dictate.
