SERVPRO of Chesterfield is seeking a hands on Manager to oversee the organization's fleet operations. The Fleet Manager will be responsible for managing the fleet assets to ensure efficiency and compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Fleet Management experience, excellent organizational skills, and an in-depth understanding of vehicle maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Company's Fleet operation, including oversight on repairs, registration, and insurance requirements
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and records of all fleet repairs and maintenance using organization's fleet management software
- Manage fleet repair team to ensure timely repairs and maintenance are completed
- Monitor fleet performance and identify ways to reduce costs and improve overall efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to fleet operations, including licensing, registration, and inspections
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective ordering of parts, maintenance services, and repair services
- Organize weekly engine tests for all large equipment, including generators, compressors, vehicles, etc.
- Valid driver's license
- 3+ years of experience in Fleet Management
- In depth knowledge of fleet compliance, vehicle maintenance, and safety requirements
Compensation: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
