Are you a compassionate and skilled NP or PA looking to join a thriving, independent Family Medicine Practice
? Our busy, well-established team of 8 providers (4 physicians and 4 APPs) is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
who thrives in a collaborative yet autonomous environment.

In this role, you'll be an integral part of our practice, delivering high-quality care to an assigned patient panel while benefiting from the convenience of on-site
lab and radiology services
. We value providers who are independent, efficient, and dedicated to building strong patient relationships.

What You ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive patient care, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and education.
• Coordinate care and communicate effectively with nursing staff, collaborating physicians, and specialists.
• Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in our EMR.

Schedule:

Our practice offers extended weekday and weekend hours, with a schedule designed for balance and variety:

• 3 shifts
  : 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• 1 shift
  : 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM
• 1 shift
  : 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of family practice experience (preferred).
• Current Virginia NP or PA license
  .
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and ability to work independently.
• Team-oriented with a positive, patient-focused approach.
