Locum Nurse Practitioner – Urgent Care in Midlothian, VA

- Licenses/Certifications: Valid Nurse Practitioner License in Virginia, BLS
- Experience: 2+ years in urgent care or emergency care settings
- Pay Rate: $0.00/hour (rate package discussed upon application)

- Provide urgent care services for patients from birth to death
- Perform procedures including suturing, I&D, splinting, and joint stabilization
- Manage minor burns, skin lesions, foreign bodies, and epistaxis
- Interpret point-of-care lab tests and EKGs
- Administer nebulizer treatments and emergency stabilization
- Document all patient interactions accurately in Epic EMR
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams as needed
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Virginia
- Valid BLS certification
- 2+ years of urgent care or emergency medicine experience
- Strong clinical skills, including suturing, I&D, splinting, and diagnostics
- Ability to effectively manage diverse outpatient patient populations
