- Experience: Prior urgent care or outpatient NP experience preferred

- Perform assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for minor injuries and illnesses
- Conduct suturing, incisions, and foreign body removal
- Manage airway support, medication administration, and initial emergency stabilization
- Review rapid testing and diagnostic labs
- Document all patient encounters using Epic EMR system
- Collaborate with team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Virginia Nurse Practitioner license active or pending
- BLS certification required
- Prior urgent care or outpatient experience (3+ years preferred)
- Proficiency in suturing, I&D, and minor procedures
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
