Virginia Veterinary Centers is launching Dermatology services in Midlothian, and we’re seeking a residency-trained or board-certified Veterinary Dermatologist to lead and grow this service from the ground up.

This is a rare opportunity to establish your own specialty service within a supportive hospital environment. You’ll have the autonomy to shape clinical protocols, build referral relationships, and define the service in a way that reflects your expertise — all while benefiting from the backing of a respected Internal Medicine team and the resources of our Short Pump location, just 20 minutes away.

Step in as the founder of Midlothian’s Dermatology service. You’ll design workflows, implement protocols, and establish a service that will leave a lasting mark on the hospital and local referral community.

Enjoy independence in creating the service while collaborating with Internal Medicine specialists and hospital leadership. You’ll have access to mentorship, resources, and a growing referral base.

Our hospital is ready with advanced dermatology technology, including Vet Scapel, Phovia Fluorescent Light Therapy, and a dedicated otoscopy unit — so you can launch confidently from day one.
