We are looking for dependable, high-energy Support team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in keeping service running smoothly.
Pay Information

Support team members are guaranteed a minimum of $13 per hour, and at The Boathouse at Sunday Park this position typically averages $20+ per hour with tips, based on shifts and guest volume.

Final pay depends on schedule, performance, and business needs.
What You'll Do

The Support role includes responsibilities as a Food Runner, Busser, and/or Barback. You are a key part of the guest experience, helping maintain flow between the kitchen, bar, and dining room.

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver food quickly and accurately from the kitchen to guests
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables efficiently
• Support the bar team by stocking liquor, glassware, and garnishes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and bar areas
• Communicate clearly with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
• Ensure food is served safely and at proper temperature
• Help maintain an energetic, guest-focused atmosphere
• Support other team members as needed during busy service
