GOODWILL OF CENTRAL AND COASTAL VIRGINIA INC seeks a Retail Associate to join its mission. This role includes maximizing store efficiency and customer satisfaction while processing donations. The associate will sort and tag donations and adhere to productivity standards in a dynamic retail environment.
Preferred qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, however, no previous experience is necessary. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and pass a criminal background check. Evening and weekend availability required.
