Job SummaryResponsible for performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from sales floor to staging area, using handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update locations, and operating equipment. The Omni Experience Ambassador will participate in all digital initiatives including BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club.

- Work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment inside the OMNI space.
- Bin storage to organize member orders based on gold standards; storage bins regularly cleaned and maintained per safety standards.
- Understand how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for your department.
- See the connection between consistent execution and the positive impact on the business.
- Process member purchases quickly and courteously by pulling merchandise from a pick list, using a handheld RF scanner to pull and verify orders, and moving merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area.
- Communicate problems with inventory or equipment and note expired or short-dated items on the pick list.
- Communicate with club team when merchandise needs replenishment.
- Work with the team to pull merchandise from reserve areas to avoid on-floor replenishment.
- Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity requirements.
- Work with urgency to meet deadlines and performance metrics.
- Follow operational processes and SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside and Ship from Club.
- Take responsibility for individual performance and coordinate with leadership when metrics are not met.
- Securely package orders according to SOPs.
- Maintain the SFC area: neat, clean, organized; perform housekeeping; handle damaged or spoiled goods per SOPs.
