Responsible for performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from sales floor to staging area, using handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update merchandise locations, and operating equipment. The Omni Experience Ambassador will also work with all digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club.

• Pull merchandise from a pick list using a handheld scanner device (RF).
• Verify merchandise counts and update locations.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and maintain a clean, organized staging area.
• Communicate inventory or equipment issues and provide updates to the club team.
• Replenish merchandise on sales floor as needed and coordinate with reserve area to avoid floor replenishment.
• Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity requirements and key performance indicators.
• Follow operational efficiencies, processes and productivity standards with adherence to SOP for BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club.
• Package orders securely in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Perform general housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard, handling damaged or spoiled goods, and processing returns.
• Maintain all club policies and procedures, including dress code standards.
• Work full attendance and meet OMNI productivity expectations regarding service level agreements, performance metrics and goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big‑box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Most work involves moving continuously on hard surfaces, bending, climbing, crawling, handling, pulling, reaching, and stooping. You will lift objects up to 30 pounds and may require assistance for heavier items. Work is in a comfortable environment with moving machinery and loud equipment and may involve exposure to temperature extremes and occasional cleaning agents.

$16.25 – $19.50 per hour. This range is a good faith estimate and actual salaries will vary based on location, education, experience and qualifications.
